WINTER PEA SAUTÉ WITH LEEKS (Winter Solstice Guide)
Ingredients:
1 cup green peas
1 leek, sliced
1 tbsp brown rice syrup Olive oil
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Sauté leeks in olive oil until soft. Add peas and brown rice syrup. Cook briefly until warmed through. Serve hot.
