WARMING ROASTED CAULIFLOWER (Winter Solstice Guide)
Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower, steamed and chopped 1 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tsp mustard
Olive oil Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Toss cauliflower with all ingredients. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until golden. Serve warm.
