TOFU GREENS SOUP (Winter Solstice Guide)
Ingredients:
1 block tofu, cubed
1 bunch spinach
1 bunch chard
5–6 cups vegetable broth Salt or tamari to taste
Instructions:
Bring broth to a gentle simmer. Add radish and cook until tender. Add tofu and greens and cook briefly. Season and serve warm
