APPLE & PRUNE PURÉE (Winter Solstice Guide)

Ingredients:

2 apples, peeled and chopped 1 cup prunes
Splash of water

Instructions:

Simmer apples and prunes with a small amount of water until soft. Blend into a smooth purée. Eat warm or at room temperature.
