PEAR & LONGAN TONIC (Winter Solstice Guide)
Ingredients:
1 ripe pear, chopped 1–2 tbsp dried longan 16 oz water
Instructions:
Simmer pear and longan in water for 20–25 minutes until soft. Strain. Serve with honey.
