WINTER YANG STIR FRY (Winter Digestion Guide)

Ingredients:

3 cups fresh spinach
1 thumb ginger, sliced 1 /2 cup pine nuts
4 tbsp coconut aminos 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions:

Sauté ginger and pine nuts in aminos. Add spinach and cook until just wilted. Splash with sesame oil.
