GOLDEN YAM BAKE (Winter Digestion Guide)
Ingredients:
1 large white yam, sliced 6 tbsp mustard
Juice of 6 lemon Fresh rosemary
Instructions:
Whisk mustard, lemon juice, and rosemary into a marinade. Coat yam slices thoroughly. Bake at 350°F for 60 minutes, until golden and soft. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil an add a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
