LOTUS ROOT & RED BEAN SOUP (Winter Digestion Guide)
Ingredients:
1 cup sliced lotus root
1/2 cup cooked red beans 4 cups water
Pinch sea salt
Instructions:
Combine ingredients in a pot and simmer 30–40 minutes, until lotus root is tender and flavors meld. Serve warm.
