Sweet Corn Broth (Summer Solstice Health Guide)

Ingredients:

1 whole corn cob with silk
1 pack of wakame seaweed 2 carrots, sliced
1 sweet onion, quartered
1 daikon radish, sliced
1 tbsp coconut aminos

Instructions:

Simmer all ingredients in 6 cups water for 45 minutes. Strain and serve warm with coconut aminos to taste.
