Dill Cucumber Potato Salad (Summer Solstice Health Guide)
Ingredients:
2 small cucumbers, sliced
3 small potatoes, steamed and cubed 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
Juice of 1⁄2 lemon
Sea salt to taste
