PINEAPPLE TURMERIC SMOOTHIE (Spring Digestion Guide)
Ingredients:
2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
1 banana
1 cup coconut water
1 tsp fresh turmeric (or 1 tsp ground turmeric) 1 tsp fresh ginger
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until completely smooth. If too thick, add a splash of water or fresh juice to loosen. Pour into a tall glass or serving jar. Enjoy immediately.
