Autumn Broth (Autumn Digestion Guide)
Ingredients:
2 fennel bulbs
1 leek
2 zucchini
1 head of cabbage
1 bunch mustard greens 1 bunch kale 1 tbsp maple syrup 1⁄2 tsp sea salt
Instructions:
Chop vegetables and add to a large pot with 10–12 cups of water.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes. Strain if desired, or serve as a chunky broth. Stir in maple syrup and sea salt before serving.
