Baked Apples (Autumn Digestion Guide)
Ingredients:
4 medium apples, cored 1 cup prunes or raisins Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp water
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425 °F (220 °C). Score apple skins and place in a baking dish. Stuff centers with prunes or raisins. Mix lemon juice, water, and honey, pour over apples, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover and bake for 25–35 minutes until tender.
