Lung Nourish Tea (Autumn Digestion Guide)

Ingredients:

1 tbsp dried orange peel (or fresh thinly sliced) 6 bitter almonds (or substitute with regular almonds if needed)
1 tbsp goji berries 2 cups hot water
1–2 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions:

Boil water and pour over the orange peel, goji and crushed bitter almonds in a teapot or cup.
Steep for 5–10 minutes. Strain, add honey if desired, and enjoy warm.
