EASY BLACK BEAN SALAD (Winter Harmony Guide)
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked black beans 1⁄2 cup chopped red pepper 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1⁄4 cup parsley 2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
Sea salt & black pepper
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together. Serve immediately or refrigerate to marinate.
