HONEY AND MAPLE BAKED PEARS (Winter Harmony Guide)
Ingredients:
4 pears, chopped 2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp maple syrup 2 tsp cinnamon 1⁄2 cup raisins or dried cherries 1⁄2 cup toasted walnuts
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Toss pears with honey, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Top with walnuts and fruit. Bake 15–20 minutes until tender.
