WARM GREENS AND SPICY PINENUT SENSATION (Winter Harmony Guide)
Ingredients:
4 cups broccoli rabe (rapini) 3 heads chicory or endive
1 bunch dandelion greens
1 tsp fresh ginger, minced 2 cups chopped mushrooms 3 tbsp toasted pine nuts
1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
Clean and chop greens. Stream or blanch broccoli rabe, add remaining greens for 1 minute. Drain. Toast pine nuts and cinnamon. Sauté ginger, and mushrooms. Add greens, toss well, and garnish with pine nuts.
