PLUM CAKE (Winter Harmony Guide)
Ingredients:
2 cups flour (or oat flour) 3 ripe plums, sliced
1⁄2 cup maple syrup
1⁄3 cup olive oil 1⁄2 cup almond milk
1 tsp baking powder 1 ⁄2 tsp cinnamon Pinch sea salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Mix wet ingredients, fold in dry ingredients. Pour into a lined pan, top with plums, and bake 40–45 minutes.
