CAULIFLOWER AND LEEK SOUP (Winter Immunity Guide)
Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower
3 leeks
1⁄4 tsp white pepper
2 cups shredded white cabbage 2 tbsp brown rice syrup
Instructions:
Boil cauliflower until tender. Sauté leeks and cabbage in syrup and spices. Blend together into a smooth puree, and serve.
