SESAME BANANA BREAD (Winter Immunity Guide)
Ingredients:
2 cups finely milled oats 3 ripe bananas, mashed 1⁄2 cup tahini
1⁄3 cup maple syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Mix all wet ingredients, then fold in dry ingredients. Pour into a lined loaf pan. Bake 50–60 minutes until set. Cool before slicing.
