Summer Seaweed Vegetable Broth (Summer Immunity Guide)
Ingredients:
1 zucchini, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
3 scallions, sliced
1 chunk ginger, smashed 1 small potato, chopped 1 tbsp wakame seaweed
Instructions:
Simmer all ingredients in 5–6 cups of water for 45 minutes. Strain and sip throughout the day.
