Hearty Summer Detox Soup (Summer Immunity Guide)
Ingredients:
1 small green cabbage, chopped 1 leek, sliced
1 bunch Swiss chard, chopped
1 large potato, cubed 1 chunk fresh ginger (2–3 inches), sliced 1⁄2 small pumpkin, cubed
1 bitter melon, deseeded and sliced
Instructions:
Simmer all ingredients in 6–7 cups water for 1 hour. Add sea salt to taste. Serve warm.
