Healing Bitters Salad (Summer Immunity Guide)

Ingredients:

1 head radicchio, thinly sliced
1⁄2 bulb fennel, shaved
6 sprigs dandelion greens, chopped 1 cup chopped cilantro
1 cucumber, sliced

Dressing: 1 tbsp raw honey Juice of 2 lemons Juice of 1 orange

Instructions:

Toss all ingredients together. Chill for 30 minutes to absorb dressing.‍ ‍
