Cucumber Summer Noodles (Summer Immunity Guide)

Ingredients:

4 large cucumbers, spiralized 3 cups yellow cherry tomatoes 4 large sun-dried tomatoes
1 tbsp raw honey
Fresh basil leaves
1⁄2 cup halved cherry tomatoes

Instructions:

Blend cherry tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, and honey into a smooth sauce. Toss with spiralized cucumber and top with basil and cherry tomatoes. Serve cool.
