Aloe Lemon Honey Morning Elixir (Summer Immunity Guide)

Ingredients:

4-inch aloe vera fillet (gel only) Juice of 2 lemons
1 tbsp raw honey

Instructions:

Score aloe fillet into cubes, and combine with lemon juice, and honey. Stir well and enjoy first thing in the morning, chewing the aloe slowly.
