Mint Summer Salad with Orange Dressing (Summer Digestion Guide)
Ingredients:
1 small head red lettuce, torn
1 heirloom tomato, sliced
1⁄2 cup sweet corn kernels
1 handful fresh mint leaves, chopped
Dressing:
Juice of 1 orange 1 tsp honey
1 tsp tamari
Instructions:
