Sweet Corn & Squash Broth (Summer Digestion Guide)

Ingredients:

1 corn cob with silk
1⁄4 head green cabbage, chopped
2 zucchini, sliced
1 large acorn or summer squash, cubed 1 daikon radish, sliced
1 tbsp coconut aminos

Instructions:

Simmer all ingredients in 6–7 cups water for 1 hour. Strain and serve warm.
