SESAME MILK TEA (Spring DigestionGuide)

Ingredients:

1 cup white sesame seeds
2 cups hot water (for blending)
3 medjool date or 1 tbsp raw honey

Instructions:

Blend sesame seeds with hot water until smooth. Strain through a nut milk bag for a silky texture. Warm gently on the stove, then stir in sweetener and salt. Serve warm.
