FENNEL APPLE RED KALE JUICE (Spring Digestion Guide)

Ingredients:

4 bulbs fennel, sliced
2 red apples
2 bunches red kale
Juice of 1/2 lemon (optional for added brightness)

Instructions:

Juice all ingredients in a slow juicer. Stir gently and enjoy fresh, preferably in the morning or between meals. Make sure to drink at room temperature, and not too cold.
