DEEP DANDELION TONIC (Clear Gallbladder Guide)

Ingredients:

1 tsp roasted dandelion root (loose or tea bag)
1 tsp chaga mushroom (loose or powdered) 1 tsp roasted carob powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1.5–2 cups water
1–2 tsp maple syrup (to taste)

Instructions:

Simmer dandelion root and chaga gently in water for 10–15 minutes (covered). Remove from heat, stir in carob, cinnamon, and maple. Whisk until smooth. Strain if needed. Serve warm in your favorite mug.
