WARM BOK CHOY SALAD WITH CILANTRO, CITRUS & DAIKON RIBBONS (Clear Gallbladder Guide)

Ingredients:

3–4 baby bok choy, lightly steamed or blanched
1/2 daikon radish, shaved into ribbons 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro Juice of 1 orange or mandarin 1/2 tsp orange zest
1 tsp olive oil
Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

Steam bok choy and arrange on a plate. Top with raw daikon ribbons and chopped cilantro. Mix citrus juice, zest, oil, and salt, then drizzle generously
