BITTER GREEN MILLET BOWL WITH COCONUT YOGURT (Clear Gallbladder Guide)
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked millet
1 bunch mustard greens or dandelion greens, steamed 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
2 Tbsp coconut yogurt Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 Tbsp chopped cilantro
Instructions:
Layer millet with steamed greens, and cook for 30 minutes. Top with with sprouts, yogurt, lemon, and cilantro.
