SWEET POTATO NOODLES WITH DAIKON & SCALLION (Clear Gallbladder Guide)
Ingredients:
1 pack sweet potato noodles (glass noodles) 1/2 daikon radish, julienned
2 scallions, sliced
1 Tbsp coconut aminos 1 tsp maple syrup
Chopped chives for topping
Instructions:
Cook noodles as directed. In a separate pan, lightly stir-fry daikon and scallions with aminos and maple. Toss noodles, top with chives.
