Qi Gong & Tibetan Yoga

Practice Qi Gong, Tibetan yoga, Taoist breathwork and meditation from an ancient lineage with Dr. Isabella. Her one-of-a-kind fusion of ancient Qi Gong & Tibetan Yoga practices have been used for thousands of years to help us reconnect with our innate health and wellbeing.

Drawing on ten years of esoteric Taoist training, she teaches a unique combination of exercises that train your body to harness the breath, open the energy channels, detox the internal organs, and clear the mind. Classes are focused on helping students build a daily practice to support self-healing. Open to all levels. New students are always welcome!

Spring Detoxification Intensive

An afternoon of guided mind-body cleansing for spring. Learn how to detox safely with ancient practices and nutrition. Join us for a purifying Qi Gong & Tibetan Yoga class followed by a unique seminar on detoxification using Chinese Medicine and regenerative nutrition.

Detoxification is at the heart of physical healing and spiritual development, as it allows us to regenerate ourselves from the accumulations of modern toxicity and emotional stress. This class will dive deep into both the practical and esoteric art of detox with a simple, clinically proven program designed to benefit everyone.

Tibetan Yoga with Dr. James Bae

Innata & Thrive Collective welcome you to a daylong seminar with Dr. James Bae! Tibetan Yoga for Health and Meditation In this daylong seminar, Dr. James will provide foundational teachings on Tibetan Buddhist Yoga, focusing on movement, breath and meditation practices. 

 Tibetan yoga is comprised of yogic exercises referred to as Lujong and Tsalung trulkhor. Lujong refers to ‘bodily exercise.’ 

We will learn a full repertoire of yogic movements for overall health and wellbeing. In addition, Dr. James will begin to introduce yogic exercises beneficial for meditation.

We will also review a more gradual approach to subtle breath cultivation, including vase breathing and methods that may be more applicable to a variety of health conditions. The overall program is appropriate for people of various levels of experience and also provide a foundation for more advanced yogic practices.
