Apple Blackberry Crumble (Autumn Equinox Guide)

Ingredients:

4 apples, chopped 2 cups blackberries 1 tsp cinnamon
1⁄2 tsp ginger powder

Topping: 2 ripe bananas
1 cup oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1⁄2 tsp ginger powder

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Place apples and blackberries in a baking dish, sprinkle with cinnamon and ginger. Mash bananas, mix with oats and spices for topping. Spread over fruit. Bake 30–40 minutes until golden brown.
