Simple Banana Bake (Autumn Digestion Guide)

Ingredients:

6 ripe bananas

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C). Process bananas in a food processor until thick batter forms.
Pour into a baking dish. Bake for 30–40 minutes until firm and a fork comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
