Ginger Rose Tonic (Autumn Equinox Guide)
Ingredients:
1 large piece fresh ginger, peeled and sliced 1 tbsp dried rose petals
3 cups water
1 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions:
Simmer ginger in water for 10 minutes. Add rose petals and steep 5 minutes. Strain and serve warm with honey if desired.
