Macrobiotic Stew (Autumn Harmony Guide)
Ingredients:
1 orange kabocha pumpkin 1 large daikon
1 japanese sweet potato
3 stalks of celery 1 tbsp coconut aminos 1 lemon squeezed
1 cup alfalfa sprouts
Instructions:
Simmer vegetables in 3 cups of water until tender. Drain the water (save as a broth!) and stew the vegetables with coconut aminos or organic tamari. Serve warm with a squeeze of lemon and alfalfa sprouts.

A simple, nourishing soup to clear stagnation and moisten dryness.
