Roasted Chestnut & Mushroom Loaf (Autumn Harmony Guide)

Ingredients:

1 cup roasted chestnuts, chopped 1 cup mushrooms, minced
1 leek, finely chopped
1 cup oats Thyme, salt, and pepper 3 tbsp Maple syrup

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients, press into a loaf pan, glaze with maple, and bake at 400°F for 50 minutes.

A hearty and grounding main dish that tonifies Kidney Qi and nourishes blood.
