Sweet Potato Hash (Autumn Harmony Guide)

Ingredients:

2 japanese sweet potatoes, grated finely 3 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

Grate sweet potatoes until fine, then sauté all ingredients in a non-stick pan. Add a little bit of water if needed to prevent burning. Cook with lid on until soft and slightly browned.
