Fruity Oat Bars (Autumn Harmony Guide)
Ingredients:
1 cup oat flour
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup raisins
2 tbsp almonds
6 medjool dates
3 dried figs
3 dried apricots chopped 1/2 cup water
Instructions:
Soak dried ingredients and figs for 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350. Add oat flour and maple syrup to a bowl and mix. Chop raisins, almonds, dates, figs, and apricots, add them into a bowl and mix well. Place dates in water and blend until smooth. Add blended date sauce to oat mixture and mix well. Spread the oat bar mixture onto a pan or silicone bar molds, and bake for 15 mins. Let them cool and enjoy.
