Pumpkin Millet Congee (Autumn Harmony Guide)

Ingredients:

1⁄2 cup millet
2 cups pumpkin, cubed
1 tsp cumin
4 cups water
1 cup watercress or sprouts

Instructions:

Simmer millet and pumpkin in water for 40–50 minutes until creamy. Top with cress or sprouts.
