Chrysanthemum & Cinnamon Tea (Autumn Detox Guide)

Ingredients:

1 tbsp dried chrysanthemum flowers 1 cinnamon bark
2 cups hot water
Honey to taste

Instructions:

Steep chrysanthemum and cinnamon bark in hot water for 5–7 minutes. Drink warm with honey.
