Citrusy Potatoes (Autumn Detox Guide)
Ingredients:
2 cups chopped yukon potatoes 2 cups water or broth
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
Juice and zest of 2 lemons 1 cup cilantro Black pepper
Instructions:
Simmer potatoes with broth, ginger and citrus until cooked. Serve with fresh squeezed lemon, cilantro and black pepper.
