NO-BAKE CHESTNUT CARAMEL CAKE (Winter Immunity Guide)
Ingredients:
4 cups cooked chestnuts 4 cups dates, pitted
1⁄4 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions:
Blend 2 cup dates and 2 cup chestnuts. Press into lined pan as a crust. Chill 2–3 hours until firm. Blend 1 cup dates with maple syrup, almond milk, Slice and serve at room temperature.
