Chard & Millet Wrap with Mint & Tahini (August Longevity Guide)
Ingredients:
1 millet tortilla (see below) 1 bunch chard, steamed
1 tbsp tahini
Diced cucumber Fresh mint Lemon juice
TORTILLA INGREDIENTS: 1 cup dry millet 3 cups water Pinch salt
Instructions:
Cook millet with water and salt. Blend into dough. Flatten between parchment. Cook on dry pan 1–2 mins per side. Top tortilla with all ingredients. Fold and serve.
