Potato Leek Fennel Purée (August Longevity Guide)
Ingredients:
6 potatoes
1 leek (white part)
1 bulb fennel
1 tbsp olive oil
4 cups broth or water
Instructions:
Sauté leek + fennel. Add potatoes + broth. Simmer, blend smooth.
