Hawthorn & Monkfruit Lung Tea (August Longevity Guide)

Ingredients:

1 tbsp dried hawthorn berries
1–2 monkfruit halves (or to taste) 3 cups filtered water

Instructions:

Simmer hawthorn berries and monkfruit in water for 15–20 minutes. Strain and sip warm.
