Stuffed Tomatoes (Mind Detox Guide)
Ingredients:
large tomatoes, cored
1⁄2 cup cooked millet
1⁄4 cup chopped cucumber 1⁄4 cup chopped parsley
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Mix millet tabbouleh with the inner flesh of the tomatoes. Fill each tomato with mixture. Chill before serving.
