Soothe & Open Pear Stew (Mind Detox Guide)

Ingredients:

2 ripe pears, peeled, pitted and sliced 6 fresh mint leaves
1 knob ginger, peeled and sliced
4 cups water 1 tbsp honey

Instructions:

Simmer all ingredients for 1 hour. Serve warm with honey.
